With sufficient space to host an event of up to 80 people standing across our 3 private spaces, complete with balconies overlooking Victoria Park, The Livestock Room, The Paper Room and The Conservatory are all amazing locations with their own individuality.
The Livestock Room (up to 25 seated / 45 standing) is a bright and airy room, with fresh decor and fantastic views over Victoria Park. The balcony off the room is the pièce de résistance, nothing beats it on a summer’s night.
The Paper Room (up to 25 seated / 30 standing), is a totally private room, with a warm interior and a charming balcony overlooking the park. Ideal for meetings, drinks dos and private dining.
The Conservatory, Livestock Room & Paper Room together make the perfect location for a bigger knees up. Host arrival drinks from the dispense bar in the conservatory. Guests can spill out into both rooms and onto the private balconies. Perfect for a wedding!

Flipcharts and projectors are at your disposal and there’s free Wi-Fi throughout the pub. Our range of ales is second to none and our wines are exquisite. We have tested them all extensively to make sure.
